Euro Rubber Lines is a family run company, whose labour force is highly experienced and skilled at machinery installations, removals and relocation with extensive knowledge of Rubber and Plastic Machinery.

Euro Rubber Lines also has substantial expertise in the dismantling, removal and transportation of heavy industrial machinery. The company now owns and operates a large number of vehicles and plant such as 60 ton low loader trailers, numerous mobile cranes and forklifts, 40 ton air skates.

Euro Rubber Lines Complex Lifting Solutions Department includes a number of specialist plant equipment and hardware. Now available, the Versa-Lift 60/80.

The Versa-Lift features include:

• Only 2,135mm (7') Wide.
• 25.2 tonne capacity at 900mm load centre with a 3,050 wheelbase.
• Frame extends 1,220mm to increase the capacity to 35.9 tonnes.
• Smooth 2 speed hydrostatic transmission.
• Boom removes in minutes with special boom stand.
• 3 section hydraulic boom telescopes to 8,180mm high and 3,000mm down.

Euro Rubber Lines can completely refurbish/rebuild your rubber processing equipment.

Euro Rubber Lines team of skilled engineers can repair or upgrade your machinery, from the existing hydraulic circuit to a new electrical control system, your old machinery can be optimized to improve the performance of your rubber processing equipment.

• Mills/Calenders - (frames, roll resurfacing/repairing, bearings, etc.)

We offer complete disassembly, recondition of interior, rotors, bearings, dust-stops, and lubrication system, etc.
