Both The Tandem Press Lines,Have Installed an Atlas QDC System,For which comprises of 3 Atlas Mobile Die Carts for which are used to both remove and Install the Body Dies for up to weights of around 50Tons Capacity.

The Dies are Installed onto common Bespoke Die Sub-Plates for Easy Installation.There vast number of Sub-Plates Available with this Installation.The Tooling is Pre-Set on various

Parking Stations ,for which The Carts Either Removefor New Tool 

Run,or Simply Park up after Prior Use.

This Unique Facility Enable very Quick Timing on Tool Changes.

There are available various New Spare Parts for which can be negotiated by any prospective purchaser.
